Owner

Joe Collier has been the owner and vice president of the Warsaw branch since 1987. He is in charge of solar sales, new product sales, commercial sales, and is the installation department manager. He enjoys the people he works with. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, boating, and racing.

Ken
President

Kenneth Diekhoff, who received a bachelor’s degree in eduction, has been the owner and president of the Warsaw branch since 1987. He is the CFO and service manager. Training employees and supporting their work needs makes the job worthwhile for him. He loves traveling around the United States when he is not working.

Stephanie
Marketing Coordinator

Stephanie Pahl, who has a bachelors degree in sports marketing, was hired as a marketing coordinator in 2012. She works behind the scenes to plan open houses, fairs, shows, and big promo events. She strives to understand market research and strategize effective advertising. She loves the creative freedom her job gives her, as well as the opportunity to interact with an array of people. Outside of work, she loves to go hunting with her husband. She also enjoys playing cards and board games, as well as watching movies with her family.

Sean
Installer

Sean Mccormick has been a lead installer and fireplace service tech since 2009. He enjoys bringing a smile to homeowners’ faces when installing air conditioning or fireplaces for people who have gone without. Sean makes sure the job is done right and up to code, and leaves a good impression with customers. When he is not working, Sean likes to spend time relaxing outside with family or golfing. He also loves watching and cheering for Notre Dame and the Indianapolis Colts during football season.

Jesse
Service Technician

Jesse Mckinley has been with the company since 2006. As a service tech, he is responsible for duct and dryer vent cleaning, as well as repairs and services to heating and cooling systems. He loves helping and serving others through his job. When he is not working, Jesse is probably casting a line into the water to catch a fish, or enjoying football season.

Becky
Facilitator

Becky Everett has been at Colliers since 2004. She started out as a customer service representative for the install department, as well as doing inside sales with the Fireplace Shoppe. Currently she is our Facilitator and is in charge of ordering all of our equipment, maintaining our inventories, assuring that parts are delivered, and staging all of our install jobs. She loves the opportunity to help customers through her wide range of responsibilities. In her spare time, Becky loves absorbing herself in the pages of a good book. She also loves camping and spending quality time with her dogs.

Ryan
Lead Installer / Lead Service Technician

Ryan Ousley, hired in 2004, is a lead installer who institutes fireplace service, wood boilers and solar sales. He has a myriad of other roles as well. The fact that no two days are the same makes the job worthwhile for Ryan. In his spare time, he likes being with his family. His kids play softball and soccer, and he loves going to their games to cheer them on.

Design & Installation Specialist

Larry Easterday, who graduated from the MIP program at the University of Nebraska, has been in residential sales since 2007. He enjoys traveling and meeting new people as he sells and engineers home systems. In his free time he likes to play guitar and write music. He also enjoys flying his airplane.

Heather
Customer Service Representative

Heather Burns, who graduated from Grace College, has been our service dispatcher since 2009. Her responsibilities include answering the phone and scheduling service appointments. She loves taking care of her customers as she interacts with them via phone and email. When she is not working, Heather is involved in her church and spends time making memories with her family.

Kevin
Lead Installer

Kevin Lehman, who received an associate degree at the University of Northwestern Ohio, has worked since 2001 as an Installation Coordinator. He keeps the installation department running like a well-oiled machine through system design, equipment and material stocking, schedule planning, and department supervision. He also conducts on-site surveys to determine installation needs. He enjoys these aspects of the job because he is helping customers with comfort issues they may be having in their home. When he is not working, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, deer hunting, and fishing. He also loves watching Tony Stewart on Nascar, and going to concerts. He also loves attending church at WCC.

Chuck
Lead Service Technician

Charles (Chuck) Ault, has an Associates degree as well as four year apprenticeship experience and several certifications, and has been working at Colliers since 2003. As the lead service technician, his responsibilities include service and repair of heating and cooling equipment as well as troubleshooting difficult problem situations. Interacting with customers at the start of every job, and handling challenging problems, makes his role worthwhile to him. When he is not working, he likes to spend time with his family and teach apprenticeship students.

David
Service Technician

David Swihart has been working since 2003 as a HVAC service technician. He enjoys meeting and interacting with customers as he services and repairs their heating and cooling systems. He likes working with his hands as he fixes equipment. In his spare time he likes woodworking and model ship building. He also enjoys fishing and hunting.

Jeff
Service Technician

Jeff Darnell originally worked with the company from 1993-2002, and then came back in 2009. As a service technician, Jeff maintains commercial service accounts. He completes service on HVAC equipment for most commercial accounts, and some residential. When he is not working, he is takes classes and spends time with his family and friends.

Jared
Installer

Jared Parrett was hired in 2004 as an installation technician. Not only does he install HVAC equipment, but he also teaches the apprentice technicians how it is done. He loves meeting new people each day as he installs heating and cooling systems in customers’ homes. When he is not working, Jared is out riding his motorcycle or spending a night under the stars in a tent. He also loves disc golfing.

Dana
Customer Service Representative

Dana Harmon joined the Colliers team in 2014. As a Customer Service Representative, she gives customers a first impression of Colliers from the front desk, greeting walk-ins and callers. She loves interacting with customers as she schedules install jobs, leads, and quotes. With her EMS training, Dana does a lot of volunteer work outside of her job, spending most of her free time as a first responder with the Etna Green Fire Department.

Jeremy
Service Technician

Jeremy Lawlor went to IPFW for Mechanical Engineering. He became a Service Technician at Colliers in 2014. Though servicing AC units and making sure everything works the way it’s supposed to is his daily responsibility, no two days are the same—and he really loves that. Outside of work, Jeremy spends his time fishing and hunting.

Installer

Trent Landrigan, became an Apprentice Install Technician in 2014. He assists the lead installer with putting in new HVAC equipment. He really enjoys the fact that his job is different everyday. Trent spends his free time shooting clay pigeons or four wheeling.

Matt
HVAC Technichian

Matt Vance, a recent graduate of Ivy Tech, became a part of the Colliers team in 2014. As an HVAC Technician, Matt’s primary focus is taking care of the customer, making sure their system is well-taken care of. He loves the diversity of people he meets on a daily basis. When he’s not working he really enjoys spending time with his family.

Doug
Design & Installation Specialist

Since 2004 Doug has served as Collier’s Ossian and area representative helping families maintain ideal comfort in their homes. Doug lives in Ossian and has two beautiful children. He is certified in both and Lennox and WaterFurnace.

Donald
Install Technician

Donald Jolliff has been an Install Technician since 2013. He pumps down condensers, installs new units, and installs ductwork—making sure it looks awesome. He gets excited when the finished product brings praise and excitement from the homeowner. When Donald isn’t working, he enjoys being outside. He spends his free time camping and canoeing, or playing golf or softball.

Paul
Service Technician

Paul Goff, from Roanoke Indiana, has worked with Colliers since 2013 as a service technician. His responsibilities include troubleshooting and repair on HVAC equipment. He loves his job because it allows him to continually learn something new. He is married and has five kids. For fun, he likes to spend time outdoors, sink a fishing pole in the water and hope for a bite.

Jody
Senior Service Technician

Jody Ogle is a lead technician who was hired in 2002. He repairs all makes and models of heating and air equipment. He also trains and supports other techs. Receiving a “thank you” at the end of a job well done is his favorite aspect of what he does. He also loves meeting new people. For fun, Jody loves spending time with his family on a boat or fishing on the lake.

Troy
Install Technician

Troy Eschenbacher has been an installation technician since 2008. He loves installing new furnaces, AC units, and geothermal units, because everyday he encounters new scenarios. He enjoys getting to meet new people before and during the installation. When he is not working, Troy enjoys hunting and fishing, and anything else he can do outdoors.

Ryan
Service Technician

Ryan Fritz, from Ft. Wayne, has been working at Collier’s since 2011 as a service technician. He completes service and repair on HVAC equipment. His favorite aspects of the job include troubleshooting and interacting with customers on a daily basis. In his spare time he likes to hangout with his wife Pam and two sons Hayden and Alex. He also loves playing his guitar, working with wood, and rooting for Michigan University football.

Randy
Installation Manager

Randy Puckett, who has four year apprenticeship experience and is highly certified, has been with the company since 1997. He is the install coordinator, which gives him a myriad of responsibilities. He completes site surveys, duct design, material list training for installers, walk through’s at the end of jobs, and shop inventory scheduling. The best pert of his job is seeing a smile on a customers face when the job is complete. Randy also enjoys hunting, fishing (especially bass tournaments), dog agility (training) and watching football.

Sandy
Customer Service Representative

Sandy Garber, originally from Bluffton Indiana, has worked for HVAC and Collier’s since early 2013 as a customer service representative. She does everything from answering phone calls, to scheduling services and helping walk-in customers. She appreciates interacting with different kinds of people everyday. In her spare time she enjoys a good puzzle or board game with her husband and four kids. She also enjoys curling up with an interesting book.

Renee
Office Manager / Service Manager

Renee Sweeney is an office manager who was hired in 2000. She does everything from managing the service department, and scheduling customers, to ordering parts and equipment. In her spare time, Renee enjoys walking and gardening. She also loves playing with her grandkids.

Collier’s Heating and Air Conditioning was started in 1987 when Joe Collier and Ken Diekhoff purchased the Northeast Indiana Lennox dealership. Together, they helped Collier’s blossom into a booming business. In 1996, Todd Zeplin joined the company, the Ossian/Ft. Wayne branch was added, and the Warsaw branch expanded to include the Fireplace Shoppe.
