Our History
Our company’s history begins in the second half of the 1980s. Joe Collier and Ken Diekhoff bought the Lennox dealership in Warsaw, IN and started to expand to become the premier area provider of heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial customers. The team grew in 1996 when Todd Zeplin joined the management team from the Ossian, IN location. Joe, Ken, and Todd have formed a trio dedicated to offer top quality products and excellent customer service.
1996 was also when we opened our Fireplace Shoppe, offering many of the most beautiful fireplaces available (gas and wood–burning) as well as barbecue grills and stoves.
Our 30th anniversary year was 2017, and we’re more committed than ever to our business philosophy: "to ensure the customer is satisfied with every job."

At Collier's Heating & Air Conditioning, we want all our customers to know that we value their business—customer satisfaction is our main priority! That means that whenever you call us, you won’t be directed to a machine: you’ll speak with one of our helpful, personable employees. Our customer service commitment stretches all the way to the end of any job, when we provide quality controlled final inspections.
Our skilled veteran technicians are available 24/7, and we offer a 24–hour service guarantee: call us day or night, even holidays, and one of our service technicians will come out to fix the problem. We’ll provide temporary space heaters or make hotel arrangements if for some reason we can’t repair the system.
